I swear Brad & Dan Campbell Is the reason I didn’t let my season tickets go after that disappointing loss. made me more confident moving forward. I’m confident It’s not the same ole Lions. Im not as confident in the QB. We need QB that doesn’t fluster under pressure like a Jaden Daniels. Just like you’re not scared to move on from Coordinators shouldn’t be holding onto QBs either. Rams saw Stafford fit got rid of Goff & won the big game right away. Goff & Stafford was the same type of player. Stafford with Lions offensive & pieces we would have won it all IMO & definitely at least made it to NFC chip. It’s a hooker style QB like a Daniels is needed as a starter sooner than later! The game moving in this direction. Your defense better be more prepared for a Running QB who can also Pass well. Any QB that’s not mobile & relies on his arm to squeeze in passes under pressure will not Trump taking what defense gives you with his legs. Check down to short pass & squeezing the ball down field killed us in 2 5 turnover games. IMO
I know it's better and bigger things, my friend. But that doesn't mean I can't be sad and hurt that you are leaving. It's kind of like a friend moved away. All the best, Brad.

15-2 was a great year for the Lions but the defense was the problem too many injuries I would get Robert Saleh bring him home to be the defensive coordinator the lions need to draft defensive players and sign defensive players in the offseason our offense is good as who will be the next offensive coordinator that's to be determined. Brad Holmes is doing a great job the Lions will get over the hump.
Its time for Brad to take some big swings. It's tough depth or 1 to 2 difference makers. If those difference makers are hurt Alim and Aiden then depth is the play. To win a superbowl you need a little luck luck=health.

@arthurfonzarelli9828 Can't keep everyone like you said. Have to trade some guys away and get some picks back. Just let the wiz Brad Holmes work his magic.

YOU STAY THE COURSE BRAD, F^¢K EVERYBODY ELSE.
However next season our schedule is allot harder. We have like one not so good team to play and the rest are all great… the only team in the playoffs we don’t play next year is the bills…. That goes for last week also… we play 6 out of the 7 others playoff teams next year… we might not have as good as a record but we’ll be really good!!!
"Building a dynasty" we haven't won a single nfccg, nor a superbowl. It's an insult to those teams to say we're like them. Get real
@@brandonharmon5556 thats not guarantee. this past season Patriots had considered a 5th hardest schedule BEFORE year and after season ended up being bottom 5 sked so no idea
hoping brad has a few trades up his sleeve and we grow a bigger and stronger roster for next year regardless of the coach situation.
I am Brad Holmes’ biggest fan. No one in the world is a bigger fan than I
I gotta b close ..watch your back 👀🎉
Bigger fan than “me” correct English please
Kerby here to stay!
"I just think you've gotta keep the whole garden watered at all points."
Brad Holmes
what brad holmes is saying is... were still building. 15-2 with this roster is nothing to sneeze about. these players are kinda scrubby on paper. These players together on the field are special.
I love Brad Holmes
In Brad and Dan I trust!! Sheila too! We'll gettem next year for sure!
One year they are chanting your name in victory the next they chanting it for the firing squad! I for one will roll with Jared Goff with no hesitation!
GOOOOOOO LIONS!!!!
With Brad and Dan, we’ll always have a competitive team. Soooooooooooo grateful for these two dudes and Shiela too!
Let’s put Teddy in the OC staff somewhere. If not coordinator there’s most definitely a spot somewhere.
Yah then when we need a back up to go in he can come out of retirement lol
Bring Tim Patrick back plz
they can get way more from a 3rd receiver. Nice story but needs upgrade dude had 3 catches last four games this year and averaged 2 catches a game. Bet they try and get better at that spot.
Yes I am with you!Tim Patrick will be better and better after his hard 2 Years! In Denver he was a good Nr.2 Receiver behind Courtland Sutton!I am happy for Him to find a new Home at our Detroit Lions Team!
@@arthurfonzarelli9828 .....he didn't get the targets bc of the other weapons. He didn't drop balls and he's a good blocker. You know what you're getting and his contract was/is gonna be pennies on the dollar. You think the 32ppg offense needs an upgrade eh..? Lmao you really need to pay more attention and learn the game and little more.
Win or lose, building a sustainable contender is priority number 1 and I trust this man with my life to do just that
I can’t wait to see how Brad is gonna improve this roster in the offseason. This roster is only gonna get better because they know the type of player they’re looking for and how to develop them once they get in the building.
When you build through the draft, there is no window.
Great point, Brad. Despite the competitive division and the abnormal number of injuries, Detroit still went 6-0 and 15-2.
In Brad we trust!
Sad there are not any intelligent media members in the audience.
All the changes feel daunting, but getting better is a possible outcome.
LIONNATION BABY!!!
Well on the bright side none of them will forget that loss, especially their superstars, it’s more fuel,
🔥🔥🔥CAN WE GET THE 2024 DRAFT EPISODE NOW???🔥🔥🔥
Ben Johnson used Darell Bevels playbook that was already with the lions and got way too much credit for what DC built and left for money, Glenn leaving at least got us 2 third round picks.
too many injuries for playoff battles. Lions are about to get even better. I think its time to unload the salary cap and maximize this lions team. Im sure there are a lot of strong veterans that want a superbowl ring.
Best in the business.
I’d feel allot worse if all our players were healthy and then got knocked out first round….. but we were honestly in denial to think we could go on… even if we beat the commanders, do you really think we could of beat the eagles with this many injuries? It’s a nfl record for the amount of injuries we had…
wasn't NFL record, not even close but was impressive to go 15-2 and have that many injuries. That said you are right, people need to realize 13 of the 14 playoff teams will lose. Odds are stacked way against you
Do what you do Brad Holmes Superstars go lions 💪🏻🤟🏻😎
Best GM!!!
Very confident in the future
We just played probably with the worst roster we’re going to have the next five years, think about that…yes, coaches leave, better ones come, players leave, better ones come, people WANT to play and coach in Detroit. We have great great seasons ahead folks …trust the process and the leadership who have built this the right way
Terrion looked like a cb2 ceiling and a depth cb floor. I didn't see a cb1
Based on one year?! His first year ! What was your thoughts on slay in his first year with the Lions ?? Meaning slay definitely got better…
@chriswil5919 cb2 is not an insult. Unless he has a ridiculous improvement this off-season, he's a cb2 at best.
@ I’m sayn beyond next year we don’t know what he can become… We have opinions but not facts…
@@chriswil5919 we have an entire season of facts. All we can do is hope he gets better because right now, he ain't it.
It takes a little while for corners to be good. Slay got cooked his first year on the lions…. You can’t judge him yet..
This guy is awesome
Simply put - Brad Holmes epitomizes what a leader is.
Hoping he doesn’t get Jacksonville
Its time for Brad to take some big swings. It's tough depth or 1 to 2 difference makers. If those difference makers are hurt Alim and Aiden then depth is the play. To win a superbowl you need a little luck luck=health.
never happen. Not there style. They build. Argubaly deepest roster in NFL this past year proving that going 15-2 despite most injuries in league. Bet they stay that course. Plus got tons of guys to resign so going to need lots of young guys on rookie deals. No way they have money to spend esp needing to resign Jamo, Gibbs, Zeitler, Campbell, Barnes, Hutch, Kirby, Branch, Bates.........they likely have no money going forward unless you are willing to let go 2-3 of those guys I mentioned.
@arthurfonzarelli9828 Can't keep everyone like you said. Have to trade some guys away and get some picks back. Just let the wiz Brad Holmes work his magic.
How come we don't talk about the elephant in the room? Our Defense injuries were monumental obstacle obviously
“You failed. What are you gonna do about it?”
Great mindset.
So if our pass rush was good when we were at full strength why was Hutch the only player getting sacks? He still finished the season as team leader in sacks and he only played 5 games! SMH
Please get another elite pass rusher!!
I agree we need another pass rusher
@@brandonharmon5556we need another 3 😂
These fanboys are always licking Brads boots! He needs to pay up instead of bargain hunting for injured players
In Brad & Dan we TRUST! Sucks...the injuries caught up! Hatch was our defense...the fact they did what they did...Next Year is the YEAR!
In Brad Holmes i trust. In Dan Campbell i trust. Lions baby. One Pride.
Bummed nobody asked if his method for taking chances on injury prone players has changed after seeing Davenport and Carlton Davis both go down yet again
I am interested to see how he does with the draft and free agency.
Just stay in Detroit Brad. What you have done is incredible. He will find anther Ben and Glen. he will fix the gaps and be back better than ever!!! He is building a team to last, not a 1 and done team.
We Will Win A Superbowl!! Let's Go Lions!!!
No. They're headed for mediocrity.
Great job Lions! Now try and bring in Robert Saleh!
Thank You Brad, We Got This...I know you will make the right decisions for this team, Penalties need to be addressed, Brad we need a NEW Calvin Johnson on this team, and definitely need to address our CB situation...GO LIONS!!!
Go ahead and copy this post to paste it back on Brads interview this time next year. We'll be right back here clapping like seals for 2026
@chadd587 lol exactly. Were the new steelers of the nfc. Except were not even them. At least they have had success. And superbowls. And even a dynasty. These fans love to say we're building a dynasty. Give me a break
I’m Brad and Dan we trust !!
Did someone near the start really ask at this time and place if ultimately the problem with losing the game was the pass rush? My dog, did you see the injury list and how the whole team adapted over the season? Did the strong cultural identity and embedded attitude of 'next man up' entirely pass you by? Did you expect Brad to say "yes, we should have rushed better, my bad" and move on? Some journalists really do ask baffling questions.
Yeah, Stony. One of the ding dongs from 97.1 .
