Yes, they have lot of areas for families to bring their children to play evenings and weekends. There are so many places to eat here. At times, it seems like we can not walk 5 minutes without seeing some place to eat at.
We have really never spent any time in Hangzhou, so I can't really give you a definite answer on this. But looking at housing prices online, I think Hangzhou is similar to the prices here in Songjiang depending on just what you would be looking for in an apartment.
