I still remember the mnemonic song I had to learn in elementary school that lists them all. Although to be fair, it turns out it's not really that simple to define "continent" and there are multiple models with different numbers of continents, so geologists/geographers might actually not have a problem with someone not knowing "all" the continents.

I’m pretty sure Justin knew the word german but didn't understand the question itself. That's probably because the question is phrased in a way that could be interpreted differently. As if the word german is being used as an adjective that people may use in a regional slang or something like that.
Also the interviewer kept on repeating "German? German for basketball?" and if you miss the beginning of the sentence that makes no sense haha
