That's a very simple question, but still the developer is not even answering that , are you hiding something from the customers..?? . What will be open podium area land size ?? Can't u even give that information? How many floors will be finally built ??
Literally fouled the buyers of Phase 1 and 2 by not revealing the whole plan (in the name of future development). They literally turned from reliable developer brand with trust into deceptive builder with plans to build a concrete jungle. Imagine getting promised of low density premium project and based on FSI approval quickly Turning it into a highly dense matchbox environment with poor quality of living. Imagine of sleeping near noisy railway stations of India with no sound barriers installed. Would you still consider buying from such renamed developers?

The sales people and channel partners all across are openly giving FAKE INFORMATION bluntly to the customers and making the sale is the only and only objective. No one knows how many total flats will be finally made in the project, they have shown RERA for 30 floors and openly written any future additional floors (that depends on airport authority) and any Number of additional towers and flats are possible and its not linked to keeping the project density low and nothing about giving a LUXURY in the project from flat density point. The sales people and LNT. are openly hiding the info about the MANDATORY Provision of 20 PERCENT Lower income housing within the plot itself and the matter is subjudice and SALES PEOPLE are openly lying about this case and have given fake information that the legal matter is about some amenities related dispute and nothing much to worry about. The developer Larsen and toubro is not even willing to give in writing the size of the Plot they will keep open and for the podium, seems they will cover whatever they can cover and convert into FLATS as per the FSI. Even C grade builders openly give the podium size and open to sky area size in writing from day one. Seems there will be nothing left like LUXURY AND LOW DENSITY. THESE ARE MERE WORDS TO SELL THE FLATS TO GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS AT EXORBITANT PRICES... I am not even mentioning the questionable CHANGE of land Usage from commercial to Residential for this entire Plot. BEWARE. Before making a purchase.
