    • @macgill6098
      @macgill6098 24 дня назад

      His mother was not remarkable. Sometimes your kids will be better than you, not because of you but because they decide to be better. Nothing in his family prepared him to have as functional family as he has! I admire him as a man! There were strong and functional men his life that provided structure and discipline (coaches, friends) that a younger man can only get from men. I've been a man for 60 years and I've seen this dynamic so many times. That's why it's awesome for boys to play sports. There, they have men in their lives who hold them to a standard and g8ve them structure and masculine purpose. Who they can emulate. They can see how good men move and God just puts something special into some people who will overcome, no matter the circumstances.

      They shouldn’t have to fill his shoes. The children of successful parents usually fail to differentiate between being LIKE their parents and being their parents. Too often, they try to do the latter.
      It’s okay for the kids to take that spirit the parents pass onto them and channel it in other ways.

    MJ fan here but Bron gotta be the smartest player to ever play the game. IQ on a whole different level, deep understanding of the game and all. Typically a player-coach on the floor. Knows how to adjust every single season as his years go by, hence the longevity. GREATNESS

    • @Brondon96
      @Brondon96 4 месяца назад +5

      I don't know about smartest... Is he great, for sure... But I don't think he has anything where he is the best other than longevity. Because he has had the most amount of chances from the greats and the most help (literally playing GM) and STILL chokes consistently and has had only 4 rings in 21 seasons. And one of those rings is considered fake (which I don't agree with really)... So yeah, I think there are way smarter players. Jordan for example, picked Rodman up, knew how to inspire teammates, and knew when to take the shots and when to pass the ball. LeBron will choke and make the wrong play under pressure like 90% of the time.

    • @AC-pr9jt
      @AC-pr9jt 4 месяца назад +1

      @@Brondon96I mean competition is so much different back then like you don’t got centers shooting threes like Jordan in his era would have struggled with jokic like being frfr no matter who it is like even Jordan

    • @eamorrison859
      @eamorrison859 4 месяца назад +1

      @Brondon96 picking up Rodman was Phil's move, not MJ. They needed someone to replace the absence of H Grant. No one literally no one talks about MJ'S basketball IQ. I've only heard people talk about two players basketball IQ. That's Rondo and Bron.
      If MJ'S basketball IQ was so advanced he wouldn't have needed Phil to tell him to trust his players or the triangle offense. MJ had two hall of fame coaches and that still didn't translate to being a smart er player. He mostly relied on his athleticism. When that went away we saw what happened. I'd say Kobe basketball IQ was greater than MJ. He studied the game and player's. Not my opinion, this is from other players with both guys (Bron and Kobe.)

    • @CBrown
      @CBrown 4 месяца назад

      I think he has had a better combination of talent and intelligence that's led to success but he's not the smartest player ever. That nod goes to Magic for me. I'd even argue that Jokic and Draymond are in LeBron's ballpark. The difference between those guys and others I could name is that they don't seek recognition for it. Everything for LeBron is a checkmark in his GOAT case so everything is made out to be a bigger deal than it actually is.

      @@abc.3132 lebron is the biggest stat padder and hero wannabe of all time, he pushes his teammates to grab rebounds and lets the opposite team drive to the basket alone to get his highlight block, if it fails it gives the opposite team 2 free points cause lebron wanted to, all of his points are meaningless, 2022 season he scored the emptiest 30 points of all time, not even reached play in, he stays in the final minutes of every lost game only to score his 30 points, i remember one time in the 4th quarter he scored a three at the buzzer of a blowout lost game only because he has 27 and wanted 30 points, His points are a joke and an insult to the game of basketball you won't see an all time great like doing that. Another thing is he needs 2-3 all stars to win rings, people praise lebron for going to the finals many many times but most of them were because he had the easiest path with the Easter conference, in 2007 he did not have any competition and still he gets too much credit, 2019 missed playoffs 2021 first round exit 2022 not even play in but nobody talks about it, it took another MVP level player to came and win in 2020 but nobody cares, he always needs 2-3 all stars and even with that he doesn't score the most important shots, 2013 ray Allen shot and Chris Bosh rebound saved lebrons legacy 2016 lebron faced injured and suspended players in GSW and still it took kyire to hit the most important three once again lebron watching, he doesn't even have a single shot like the one Jordan scored in 1998, In fact the biggest difference between Jordan and lebron is lebron does whatever it takes to be the hero and Jordan does whatever it takes to win, he doesn't try to be the hero. A great example of that is the 1997 finals, he had the ball to hit the game winner and instead of shooting a contested shot he drew defensive attention and passed the ball to Steve Kerr to hit the game winner leaving him wide open from midrange, he obviously scored due to Jordans assist and they won cause Jordan did the right play instead of trying to be the hero, the game winner of Paxton in 1992 was out of a Jordan play too, Jordan scores the game winner if it's needed and he makes his teammates score game winners if it's needed, lebron doesn't do that. In 2013 when he had the ball to hit the game winner he threw a contested brick against TWO defenders instead of passing, if Bosh didn't grabbed the rebound to pass it to Allen they would have lost 2013 ring due to lebrons ego like they already did in 2011, if he let wade be wade they would have won 2011 easily. In my opinion if Bosh was in 2011 heat and lebron was still in cavaliers the heat would have won 2011 ring, cause all wade needed was another all star caliber player to win, after Shaq declined he couldn't win. So yeah, that's the main reasons why lebron is overrated and not even close to be top 2 all time, am i forgetting more reasons? Maybe. But how many superstars can you name that lost rings cause of their ego? Cause the only one I can think of besides lebron is Kobe. btw, LeBron takes steorids and that gives him a clear advantage, theres many proves of that, one of them being the 2014, when he came back to Cleveland he lost a lot of weight and explosiveness, that season he played way worse and was pretty obvious his atlethism was WAY WORSE the nba was "coincidentally " making drug test during that time frame, then him and his buddy CP3 complained trying to end the testing, two years later he gained 25-30 pounds and was as explosive as before, shame on u LeEgo.

      @@MisterKnowItAll3 Bruh I get if u say MJ over LeBron cuz that's debatable and usually opinion based, but if u say he's not top 2 that's delusional, and LeBron is one of the best playmakers the game has ever seen, his assists are legit, his scoring is absolutely not stat padded, his mid range game is top 10, his rim finishing is very elite and he's a decent 3 point shooter, u can't say he stat pads, rebounding is stat padded by a lot of players nowadays, just look at Westbrook and Luka for example, also it makes sense LeBron is a good rebounder, his atleticism is insane for someone his height and weight, ur just hating.

      There is only one way your body can be that fit and you play at a high level!! There have been thousands of NBA players over 75 years and think about it none of them has lasted this long playing at that level…the human body cannot sustain play year after year like that without some help….
