Overall, the House looks good. However, the Architects did a poor job in designing the Kitchen and Bathroom. The Fridge area is too small, and there's basically nowhere to put a Stove(Cooker). Putting a Stove on the counter is unsafe and a fire hazard. The Shower area should be separate from the Toilet. And the Toilet is low and basic.
I believe the cooker should go on the raised plate form under the cabinets. A lot of countries tend to have the toilet in one large tiled bathroom with shower. I think the architects tried to keep cost down by designing the space the way they did.
Poor job by the Owner. He shd have hired professionals to design the house otherwise this Lady has made it even worse. She doesn’t flow at all plus instead of showing the house; she spent most of the time showing us her stomach dress. Very disappointed in the presentation and poor design even the bedroom closet is too small and poorly done not forgetting the toilet but she kept saying it’s beautiful. What a clown‼️😳😲🙄
Nice, but serious fire safety issue. With the bars that are on the windows if there is fire in the house and someone is trapped inside how do they get out?
Yeah.. Should have something that's easy to pull down to unlock the iron grille at the window.. in emergency.... Some one could make a lot of money .if they design something like that ..
