Fun fact - Onix, Gyarados, Steelix, and (for some reason with these three serpentine Pokémon) Avalugg, all have alpha sizes that can be smaller than a regular catch
i caught a shalpha gyarados and a shiny gyarados which wasn’t an alpha and the alpha was only a few inches bigger. pretty cool!

I believe the maximum size for a normal Mamoswine is identical to the alpha size. There are a few 'mons like this.

I was thinking that! Onix is like 28'10", and if I remember correctly Steelix is over 35' tall, but John's Steelix was barely 29'. Thanks for clarifying that.

I think you should do one with the smaller ones, there's no gurantee for a pokemon to be as small it can be, so it depends on luck and what pokemon you catch, and overall a lot harder to determine unless you check their height. Alternative you could just catch yourself, Mikey

I like how Michael is doing stealth for his catches, and John is throwing Sticky Globs. I personally found the Globs the way to go, after all that's basically what you do for the Noble Pokemon.

Turns out that Infernape's way smaller than Empoleon and Torterra. It's actually kinda shrimpy for a fully evolved starter.

The only wild one outside Massive Mass Outbreaks is that Alpha from one of the lakes, so it's far too impractical in this challenge.

I feel as excited for Mikey as yesterday I got a shiny Alpha. I was working on the dex was flying over the island where chimchar and Alpha Infernape were when I heard the shiny sound. I looked around and saw it was the Alpha Infernape. a shiny is always good to find but an alpha shiny is even more insane! Nice work Mikey for getting one and having it on RUclips forever!

Once a Shadow Mytey is purified it becomes Villain Mytey, because it knows it can never go back to its old ways. Once a Mytey is claimed by the darkness it becomes a force of evil to be reckoned with. Best friend of Cyrus and Mars, but most importantly is used by Grunty Boi to make Merchandise

Fun fact: horses are often measured in "hands," which has been standardized to 4" per 1 hand. So Mikey's Rapidash is a whopping 33-ish hands tall based on that height value, and most horses are around half that. Though you likely have to knock off 2 feet since hand measurement is supposed to only be to the whithers (shoulder), so really its 'only' 25ish hands. Still a hell of a drop if it bucks you off!
I'm kinda surprised no one even tried going for Alpha Zoroark. The normal one is already like 5'3. But, in comparison, Alpha Zoroark is about double the height of the normal, being at least 10'6.
I was also thinking of the Alpha Garchomp too. Idk its exact height, but I remember it seeming massive when I played through the game.
Zoroark don't appear outside Massive Mass Outbreaks or the story mode lake Alphas. It's completely impractical here.
