The stats speaks for itself. To have a not so good season and still the topscorer in PL is quite something. Thierry Henry once was asked by a coach: "What can you do when your teammates dont give you the ball?" Its not easy for Haaland when he has two defenders on him all the time, but it gives other City players room to score. I hope Foden is greatful to Haaland and sees the bigger picture. This is learning time for Haaland and I hope it doesnt take away his confidence. Keep working on your skills Haaland and you do just fine forward on. Its awful to see how people talk about Haaland and great to give them some facts straight in their face.

I'm a big fan of Haaland and I have a lot of respect for his play in the box, his goals and his pressure on opponents, but in games against strong clubs, Haaland is not visible. I hope Haaland will become stronger in the future, because he definitely has potential and he has room to grow.💙💪

So to me, the narrative that he doesn't have an impact in big games/against top teams seems a bit unfair.
He does have room to grow, which he mentions quite a lot so I'm confident he will keep working with Pep/staff to maximize his strengths & minimize any aspects of his game that could negatively impact team performance.

Whew I've clearly gone overboard w the stats, but I just find some of the stuff being said about Haaland by the media the past few weeks to be a bit unfair.
