I loved the way that the XF300 preserved detail in dark areas, ease of use, and the awesome image stablization. I didn't like the autofocus, image sharpness, and low light capability. But, that image stablization was crazy good.
I think your analysis is perfect. The autofocus was reasonable in 2010, but falls far short of anything modern. Thanks for watching!
