I know this is an old comment, but wanted to make things clear for anyone else who sees. EV/Amy has never really "burned out". Amy has said countless times in interviews that whe they finish touring for a record, Amy likes to take a break as if she might not come back...so that way it keeps her from feeling obligated, but only coming back when she WANTS to and is ready to make more EV music again. they've never burned out, they've only taken long breaks in between albums. ( with her still doing music related things in between ). Amy is one of those people that truly believe that art takes time and cannot be rushed. she was never for pumping out album after album in a short amount of time.
