Rubbish piles up in Birmingham

Thousands of residents in Birmingham are facing their sixth week without having their bins collected, because of a strike by refuse collectors.
Rubbish is piling up and there have been complaints of infestations of rats and maggots. It's led to some taking matters into their own hands.
