If anyone is here willing to help a new wholeseller and even slip profits 50/50 or even give 75% of my first deal. Money is not an importance to me right now it’s experience and any money I make is more than what’s currently in my bank account..
Simple google search, use one in the state the property is in then call one and explain to the closing attorney or escrow agent you are a wholesaler and what your intention is.
There's multiple ways to play the game. The most important is to start now and don't wait. You will create your own way of playing the game as you go and it will include a little bit of what you learn from all the influencers in the game. Real estate has so many verticals. Pace started as a contractor and then joined We Buy Ugly Houses franchise, then left and started wholesaling and from there he started subTo and other businesses in real estate. If he didn't go through those steps he might not be where he's at today.
@@patrickrealestate-8193 I agree with you and I know at some point it has to done. I already have a couple of LLC’s already. What I’m saying is you don’t have to start like that. Like you said, there are many ways to do it and the main thing is TO START.
@@iriswilson7387 exactly you don't have to start like that. Start however you want but don't wait for the perfect moment. You will make mistakes, you will find out what works and what doesn't. From there you will shape and mold your own path.

There could be value if they are providing lead flow and a solid buyers list. It could also be a good idea just to be surrounded by people also passionate about real estate
