As a former resident of Frisco 20+ years, you described it beautifully. But, I recommend you get a local cell number, especially being in real estate.

I lived in Breck for four years. I loved so much about it. I never locked my door for four years. When I sold my house I had to have a locksmith come to make a new key because I did not know where it was. It is just gorgeous there. What I did not like about it was the people. It is the most unfriendly place I have ever been to. This is a Colorado thing and my Denver friends will say the same thing. Making friends there is a real struggle. I now live in Tahoe and the people here are amazing. I do miss Breck and if I could combine the two it would be the perfect place to live. Sometimes I do regret selling my house and moving, but I am so much happier in Tahoe. Breck can be a depressing place and many locals are toxic. I have friends who lived in Breck for over a decade and will say the same thing. It also seems like there are an abnormal amount of suicides in Breck.

That is such an interesting take. I have never had that experience or met anyone who has had that experience living here. Tahoe sounds like an awesome place, I only visited once. What about the people turned you off?
