I really liked Taino Bay Area. It was nice to have plenty to do without having to walk into town. I really enjoyed hanging out. The pool for a bit! It’s so cool getting to see the ship from that perspective, she really is pretty. We enjoyed Belly happy hour on the balcony Xx
There was way more to do there than I expected.

We’ve been to Amber Cove, Dominican Republic on Carnival Freedom in 2022 - so beautiful we can’t wait to visit again! ❤
We would have liked to see more of the Dominican Republic but this area was so nice! It was nice to enjoy the sunshine. x
It's like cruise vlog exchange right now, you're watching ours and we're watching yours! I think I'm just like Jon, it's never too hot for me! That area by the port looks fantastic. We wanted to watch the people getting back late in Alesund, but we were back pretty late because there was a good bar right next to the ship hehe
A lot of people seem to be cruising recently.
Me and Jon should definitely live in different climates.

Puerto Plata looks really pretty. I love that they have the Taino Bay Area for the cruise ships only. The pool areas are so nice looking and it’s great they have little shops as well as lots of food options it looks like.
Happy hour at Belly’s Bar looked fun. I’m with you Emma, it would have been fun to see someone running back to the ship 🚢 haha.
Jon is a princess that has lights illuminated open his arrival haha 😂. What a fun day 😊💕.
It was a lovely area. We had planned on walking into town but we were having such a good time we didn’t.
I don’t want someone to miss the boat I just wanted to see them run which is mean haha.

Good morning!! Puerto Plata (Taino Bay) looks very pretty. Glad you’ll had a relaxing day. You’ll would definitely find me in the hammock with a drink in my hand. That was funny about the lights 😂. That is a lot left on the bar tab for sure. Hopefully you’ll can chisel it down and not leave any on the table.
We loved the cruise area at Taino Bay there was surprisingly a lot to do.

We love the Dominican Republic! We haven’t seen this part though right by the ships! What a beautiful area! I’d be in the hammock! That is an awesome balcony! It would be awful to not make the boat!
We did plan on heading further into town but this area was so good.
Jon would have stayed in the hammock all day haha

The pools were really nice especially because it was so hot.
We liked being able to get a taste of the Dominican Republic. We would like to venture further next time xx

Taino Bay looked amazing! I’d love the pool and would definitely play mermaids! Looked like gorgeous weather! What is wrong with people returning to the ship with 5 minutes to spare, my anxiety would not allow that 😂😂 xx
