They seem actually good and quite balanced (at least as balanced as the current ones). The icons are clean, and the names fit the brawlers and stay in the gadget theme.
I wouldn't be surprised if Supercell took some of the ideas.

example before leon has to activate this gadget before using super, when is activated and leon cancel his super before time this gadget will save it for the next super its better to cancel in the 1st second and for his second super he would have 14s of super

Balance changes concept:
Jessie-Scrappy while moving have 25% damage nerf.
Rico-gumballs also deal 500 damage per second
Darryl-darryl range is incrased by 75%
Bea-her shot pierce enemies but for every pierced enemy it lower damage by 30% down to 45%
Nani-her splited shots deal 20% less damage for every shot
Bonnie- her speed is increased by 80% but for 2 seconds
Tara-enemy is visible untill having less than 25% of hp

I've seen all these gadgets on reddit, most of them are super useful.

I think instead of giving Stu two guaranteed Supers, a better tweak would be increasing his reload speed
Example: Stu sacrifices 20% of his total health to get 25% reload speed increase for 4.5 seconds
Good Stu players usually chain multiple Supers at once, so boosting his DPS will be a bigger threat and turn the Stu into a real deadly machine.
I hope we can see something like this for Stu one day
as a stu main that has been using him since he released it becomes easy to do double or even triple supers with stuff when you adapt to his gameplay

The problem with having third gadgets however is that it can change a lot of brawler builds and can either make them better or worse. For example Shellys Chicken Gadget can potentially make her better because it would be annoying to deal with wheras others like Stu's which don't really make a difference to his breakthrough or even speed zone if we are honest here. This isnt hate in any way however it is my honest review. Some concepts however are really good and can possibly be implemented into the game. Great work!

Just putting this out there. No the Developers do not have 3rd star powers planned or at least haven't publicly stated so. Back when 2nd star powers we're a new thing, the devs wanted to make one for Shelly called ''buckshot barrage''. It got scrapped and replaced by Band-Aid, now it's slowly rotting in the Dev Build. At least that's what I've heard. Don't get yer hopes up.

The best gadgets to me were always the ones that place something onto the field. I think the devs are weary about adding more of those nowadays because some have been really good in the past. They’ve also nerfed any place able gadgets so that they slowly lose health over time which severely limits the strategy you can use with them and the gadgets of this type that they could implement in the future.
You did a great work guys well done!!! Most ( if not all ) of the gadgets are pretty useful!!! Also I appreciate you playing a game with every brawler when you are talking about its gadget!!!Although some of them are too broken💀
Excellent video. The gadget ideas are original, practical (more practical than some gadgets). What's more, even their names are original, like:
Sprout: Nature's hug that can come in handy against some brawlers (especially melee);
Chester's: Jack in the box (I like the idea of randomness);
Eve's: Nutrient Boost (adds another water feature (for her));
Janet's: Fuel Saver, useful when you realize that the enemy is dodging all your attacks -_- (skill issue?) or when you're in a critical situation (skill issue again?, nah...);
Or other gadgets. Of course, this is just my opinion :)
They're all interesting, practical and fun. We hope that some of the gadgets featured in the video will soon be available on Brawlstars!

My idea for the Janet gadget is to interrupt her super whenever she wants,but charge her super instantly based on the amount of seconds she had

One thing I would find fun would be a "special super" that loads when you use the super X number of times. For example: when barley uses the super 2 times, the next super will be this "Special-Super", it can be an improved version, both in power and in aesthetics of the super that we know.

fun fact: the concept for gene's gadget is actually his first star power (only legends will know)
It's actually really nice how well each of the gadget fits the theme of their respective brawlers, and it all makes sense from a gameplay standpoint as well
Many like colt, Jessie's or gene's ideas were neither unused 3rd star powers or removed star powers (for gene)
I meant reworked for gene, but indeed, there was a starpower that made Jessie's turret follow her until it got destroyed

The enemy will hallucinate 3 Cords coming and one of them is you. But the thing is, the hallucinations will constantly fade in and out of sight (basically becoming invisible and visible every second but not at the same time, one at a time) and the effect will last for 4 seconds.
When hit, the map becomes a bit purple (a bit less purple than his super) when he is hit until the hallucination is over.
Another gadget idea I had for belle awhile ago was to reveal a marked enemy in the grass for 3 seconds. Honestly when I first saw that mark I thought that's what it would do

Most of these are such great ideas. The Nita's seems a bit boring, especially liking Meg's and Chesters - maybe too op, but the jack could follow enemies, getting slightly faster with time, and having a bigger explosion if destroyed, making wanting to destroy it even more of a gamble

Concept for byron:anastheasia
Allies hit by byron's main attack recieve a 15% shield for 3 seconds , the shield does not stack but hitting the same ally resets the timer

Leon's gadget idea is op. +2 seconds and +2 seconds from the mythic gear. Leon would be invisible for 10 seconds like when he was released.

Some of my concepts are:
Sandy - Sandcastle:
Sandy places down a sandcastle with 2000 hitpoints. When destroyed, the sandcastle bursts, creating an area around it of sharp sand particles flying around it. This area is around the same size as bo’s super totem gadgets area. When in the area, the enemies will receive 400 damage per second. The area lasts for 5 seconds.
Eve - Mating Season:
Eves next shots attacks are all large eggs.
Emz- Toxic Bomb:
Emz’s next attack will be a toxic bomb that she will throw instead of shoot, so like barley or dynamike. BUT her range with this bomb is 35% less than barleys. Once thrown, this bomb explodes, and fills the area with poison. It is basically emz’s normal attack that is thrown, and the damage comes from where the bomb lands instead of emz herself, and the toxic gas goes in all directions.
Collette - Soul Collector:
College instantly loses 80% of her health and she requires 3 ammos full that get wasted. But then her next attack is reloaded it will take away 99% of the enemy’s health.
Some starpowers:
Mandy - Tanghulu:
When charging up her super to be shot, about 1-2 seconds, Mandy doesn’t take any damage at all and is immune to knockbacks, stuns, and slows.
Meg - Self-Destruction:(THIS ONES A GADGET)
Once her mecha is under 25% health, she can choose to destroy her mecha, but knocking back enemies around her, destroying walls, and dealing 2000 damage. The area effected is smaller than bos super totem.
Fang - Stinky Shoes:
Enemies hit by fangs shoes won’t heal in the next 4 seconds. This does not apply to enemies who got hit by the kicks
As a person who's an Hank main for now, I have an alternate idea for his 3rd gadget, tell me your opinion about it in the answers.
Hank's gadget: Inflated Pool.
Hank sacrifices his entire ammo bar to create a giant 2500 hp bubble shield that protects himself and his allies, the bubble bursts after 5 seconds of if some enemy shoot it down first, dealing 2000 damage to every enemy in range.
Extra info:
The shield is of about the same size of an fully charged Hank bubble, and has an dome shape.
When Hank activates the gadget, only the allies surrounding Hank will be in the bubble, and no one enters it or exits it after that.
Edit: forgot to tell but Hank cannot attack while the gadget is activated, though he can use his super.
Bo gadget would be so good. the amount of times one or two of my mines don't blow up and i have to wait to charge super. Would absolutely love to see that in the game.
Also, Piper gadget would be insanely clutch for finishing kills on tanks or people who just rushed up to you too quickly.

This is really freaking awesome and love all the work that went into this. But to be honest I would hate it if they added 3rd gadgets. These would be good to replace some bad gadgets though.
Since Janet's gadget is called "FUEL SAVER", maybe she also get some super recharged afterward depending on how long she's used the super?

Idk about you all but thats what i think about these gadgets :D
Chicken: Its useful but its up to its speed and range of attack, cause the range gadget is really good combo with slowing star power
Shockwave: Its a 4th attack which is kind of nice in showdown based stuff or maybe takedown, but bear shield is to good for area control things like hot zone i belive
Bullet proof vest: Nice concept but both other gadget just better, silver for early area control, fast reloade for surprising people and get a good kill
Battle cry: Idk about this one, bull is a tanky brawler who is approaching, but taking the shots for enemy team while teammates are behind, especially in higher rank, stacking together isnt smart move as it can change a game very quickly
Boom box: Idk why would you use that, jumping gadget does basically the same but its not solid its a jump over wall or just getaway gadget
El monk: Yes, need, please this is awesome i just cant, meteor is good for quick area control but this is really good for kills, especially if you can pierce all 3 enemies or this works on pets like Bruce
Artillery soda: Good area control gadget, def good one i would use it :)
Sweet sounds: Healing and this one is good for literally anything but this is better for things like showdown when you get ambushed maybe? The curing one is mid, only good if you know how to use it
Thorny burst: Idk about this, this is mainly good against other thanks for easier finishing off but against others its pretty useless since they can anyways barely do anything against you once you get close enough to them
Scrap' em: This would be op as hedge def would be used plenty of times, since now it can kind of dodge shots and chase down enemies for easier area control
Fire in the hole: Good gadget for sure but stunning just easily outclasses this one
Fire pit: Good for modes like heist and hot zone for some area control, for others i belive shield is still better
Factory reset: Really good gadget, but 1p5 seconds is really long time, you can get easily killed while this lasts, keep the time or just make it also heal you so you can have an use of it
Slippy spill: Good gadget for area control but for other stuff the buffed shooting everywhere one is way better now
Double barrel: Idk tbh sounds good if your facing long range brawlers :)
Full bag o' swag: Good area control gadget, barrel against close range, this against long range
Diamond pickaxe: Good gadet for early area control but i dont really think this is good for him, he needs walls for faster attack, it bounces back fast once then? Also it bounces back so if there is an enemy behind the wall and you destroy it, they could attack you before you attack them
Jackhammer jumper: not bad tbh, you can kill throwers with this easier i belive but speed for her is also really good
Soul drainer: Cookie popper is good for finishing off enemies, this is good for making them do only attacks while you get the shield, this could be very useful tbh
Redeploy: Really good one, farming super without needed to be in an area and you can use it at any time, without time limitation
Lingering ground: Area control and more dps, really good one for hot zone, heist and gem grab to hold back enemies, for other modes pushing back is better
Burnout: He gets super very easily and with good ping you can do multiple supers so its not really usefull at all
Kiss my grits: Good one if your good with piper and you dont need homing and you can hold back enemies so you dont need to pushback one
Not on my watch: Area control gadget, usefull cant say more, its just good :D
Emberance the pain: Good but both other is better in my opinion
Sayonara: Good one but if she is in range, she can hit them again i belive
Honey shot: Really good, would use for sure over the 2
Disintegrated: Good for heist or showdown, for other modes i would use the 2 other more likely
Stretching scarf: Busters gadget but edgar and he gets more range, really good one but shield one is also really good
Tip jar: Good if no walls need to be braken for control on the area, if needed then piggy bank is way to go
Head of security: Extra hp is good for teammates, but its a turret so idk, his 3 fast attack one is really good and the other is good for bushy maps, this is more likely up to gamemode and map
Hyperactive: Its really good but even if 1 second is long, only speed boost is not long enough duration for a good usage
The inflator: Good one tbh idk what more to say, its good
Slicing shovel: This is basically his super just now limited usage and no healing, not really bad when you cant finish off enemy cause they are further away and they would heal back up, especally if it charges mortis super
Eye spy: Good for bushy maps, mainly now in showdown since cavern churn and that other circle bush one
Helping hand: In 3 vs 3 modes i dont really think this could have a potential work, but in duo maybe it would be usefull to save your 1 teammate
Go go go go!: Wasting ammo just to have speed boost isnt really good, unless its volley or brawl ball
Port o' mania: This is more likely would be used for some control on hot zone or dps on the heist safe, maybe defense in showdown but for others i dont really see a big use for it, unless you already have another super
Nature's hug: Idkkk maybe good for blocking up certain points on maps to hold back enemies, for other stuff idk whats the use for this, 2 second is long but if your facing a good player they could dodge your shots
Perfect trait: Could be useful on defense or in 3 vs 3 modes like bounty to go more agressive on someone
Pierce me: Good gadget for something like solo showdown but in 3 vs 3 modes, the slowing gadget could be far more useful if you use it on keypoints of the map
Secret exit: A good escape gadget, nothing wrong with it but the wall piercing one could be more useful with the pull to freeze players for a sec
Breakup: This is way too op 2k dmg is really high, some brawlers could be below it and it would be just a 100% kill This would need an emergency nerf if it would be added
Spiteful spike: Not bad not bad, but the little cacti is good for defense and the other one is really good as well, but it would be used just not often
Sharp edge: Good to finish off enemies, but the slowing one is more annoying for this and it can be used on multiple people
Lollipop lick: If your star power works with this then this would be kind of goated, since this is free 2k hp or 2 seconds of high speed boost
Do not disturb: This is a great troll gadget, since there is the other one, which if you dont kill then he gets full hp back, this could be used for plenty of trolls :)
Grand finale: I dont get it what this supposed to mean sorry
Thruster ship: Early area control, and its good for her since she got kind of long range in both forms, i like it :)
Jack in the box: Same gadget as piggy bank but its taking more time to explode, great gadget for area control
Avalanche: This is only good at max range but its not really useful, only for low hp brawlers i suppose
Recycle: Maybeee good but idk, the instant 2 bullets are still pretty good with some shield from next dmg, and you lose a stage
Stop right there!: How would the knockback work? You pre activate it if you have a super and when it gets to them you knock back? If it happens like that it could be kind of useful but she got low hp
Frostbite: Not bad if you shoot them at least once thats like 800 dmg which they cannot dodge
Demand and supply: Not bad, cause you wont get it if you already picked up one, so this could also help your teammates out
Taser: Not really worth to use, unless it will kill, if there is a Belle super locked on the enemy they have to play extra safe, maybe fall back down more often to have hp
No running!: Not bad but enemies still could attack you, and if you already super on them then its useless since they are already in your face:
Love dump: Not bad since they turn invincible, so this sometimes could get used
Star allign: Even though its not full homing and the shadow has less hp, this is still very useful, 4 second is a loooong time
Buttery smooth moves: So its kind of a free lou super, this is a really good one!!!!
Nutrien boost: Good one if you know you can get super after to have an early map control advantage
Fuel saver: I mean its nice, but how many times this would actually be used?
Spray paint: Good if you know where the projectiles goes off to, good area control gadget
Charge and barge: Not bad but his super has a really long distance and the pulling gadget is way better
Wide screen ideas: Too short but if buffed too hard, too op
Tensed up: This is really good to make her a less easy to hit target, this has a really big use
Recalling: Nice better than the slowing one but less good than the other one
High pressure: Good to getaway but thats all sadly, she is a hard to play even with the bug
Illusional-mushroom: Leon gadget but more cloans, meh
Saucy surprise: Kind of good when you get ambushed or get close to enemy but not good for like team modes

Instead of just 'picking up' Spike's Super, I'd have it so the spikes jab out of the ground and retract. He still gets some of his super charge back, but does 2800 damage to anyone inside.
I feel like it would make more sense meta-wise for Dynamike's and Tick's gadgets to switch places

I would say for Janet's attack, depending on how early she stops it, she gains super fuel
I wouldn't consider adding 3rd gadget as it would be repetitive. But can consider some of them as a replacement to broken & trash gadgets or hard to balance. They should add something to power 8

bralwer: Dr.Neo his main attack is divided into 2 parts: if you shoot where the enemy is in the second of the shot he is within range he shoots an electric current that hits the enemy instantly and can be continued until hitting 3 enemies , but if not, it releases an electric ball that can bounce off the walls, in super it summons a medium-range turret that gives a 20% shield to nearby allies. accessory: time bomb, it summons a bomb on the ground with 2000 health that if destroyed or wait a certain period of time explodes causing 1500 points of damage. star power: hyperprotection the turret creates a shield for itself, increases its protection power and very close enemies start taking 500 points of damage per second

A gadget idea would be that Lola could remove her reduction shield of her copy for 5 seconds.
As a Sprout main that gadget concept is a godsend
I thought of a potential rework to Edgar’s star powers and gadgets
Gadget 1) scarf lock Edgar stuns the enemy for 0.5 sec and loses his life leech during the stun (basically the same as fangs gadget)
Gadget 2) the one showed in the video
Star power 1) pro parkour Edgar’s jump is 1 tile further and he gets immunity to knock back slows and stuns for 2 seconds
Starpower 2) iron scarf Edgar 100% less healing from lifeleech and in return gets 200 extra dmg per punch and 1000 extra hp
