I'm so late but everyone has these details! I looked at them a little closely during one of the mvs (not this one) and their quirks are little details in their personality! Ena usually rushes/moves faster than everyone else with sharper movements. Mizuki usually uses full and flowy movements and sometimes even adds their own little twist to the cg. Mafuyu (like mentioned) only does the bare minimum at BEST while Kanade stays small when she dances (she doesn't open her arms all the way or doesn't gain much distance when moving in choreo) It's really cool that they add these details ^^
If anyone is wondering which character you should mirror, do the dance by yourself and see how you move and then match that to a character! My moves were more close to Enas bubbly style! (or you can also just choose who you want lol) If your more like calm and cool while dancing you might be Mafuyu- If you mess up every now and then or sometimes forget the footwork or moves, Kanade is a good choice. However if your moves are more polished and professional Meiko, more fun and bubbly? Mizuki or Ena :D Hope this helps
