We are from Lucknow and follow Awadhi style of cooking mostly. But sometimes I cook kashmiri style too like some signature dishes like this. That is when your channel is first stop for me :)

Tried a lot over years, did not get a spongy texture which is the real essence of Rista. Also chicken riata remains chalky white from inside. Could you remove my these difficulties.?
