Tulip Zamindar For chilli water, they mix chillies in water and then strain. Highly recommend to use chilli and oil mixture it gives amazing flavour and colour. You can use water instead of mutton stock.

I have been trying preparing wazwan since 15 years , i cook best but waza ka wo flavour nahi aya , there is some script ingrdient which wazas nver reveal i, i even spied on these wazas but of no avail. So plz font fool anynody , wo wazwaan ka flavour nahi atta ha.

In Kashmiri we called in pran, you can use fried onion paste as an alternative.
