  • In this video, we discuss how we can load a circuit with a resistor that draws the maximum possible power. With some math, we can show that the resistor that draws the most power is a resistor equal to the Thevenin resistance. So by calculating the Thevenin resistance we can have the resistor that draws the most power. The next step is to find the maximum power which is Thevenin voltage squared divided by 4 times the Thevenin resistance.
