  • Some of you may be confused by this video, this is for the kids in my classes although everyone is welcome to join in.
    Those of you in the classes remember to get your parents to sign off to earn the monthly prizes!
    6-9 Year Old Group 2 times a week, One Set (each exercise ones)
    9-12 Year Old Group 2 times a week, Two Sets (each exercise twice)
    12+ Group 2 times a week, Three Sets (each exercise thrice)
    When the music plays, bounce!
    When the Music stops do the following footwork...
    Week 1 - Step half step - soft/hard (alternate)
    Week 2 - Step half step - hard, retreat
    Week 3 - Step half step - hard, small step back, long step back
    Week 4 - Step half step - hard, small step back, long step back
    Week 5 - Step half step - hard, small step back, long step back, lunge
