- This is a taste test/review of the Kid Cuisine Friends Forever Mac & Cheese Nickelodeon Spongebob Squarepants frozen meal. It has macaroni and cheese sauce, chocolate pudding, corn and graham sprinkles. It was $2 at Walmart. 1 meal (301g) = 380 calories

I used to get these KC meals once in a while. My favorite was the cheeseburger meal but they were never enough food to fill me up. I'd eat two of them.
Actually, bland food is just what kids should get because they are so naturally picky. It's best to introduce more complex flavor profiles when they're older and even then---gradually.

This meal is one of the reasons why there is so much childhood obesity today... frankenfood....so sad! Fat kids have a very high chance of adult obesity.
Jamie Lynne he made a statement that kids burn off calories anyway ..... it was when he showed the nutritional ( or lack there of ) panel on back of package...
I'll tell you, these companies prey on the disconnect between generations. My mother used to give us so much processed frozen food as kids. She didn't bother to learn how to cook from my grandmother (who still makes the best food). For all that's wrong with the internet, it allowed me to learn how to make great food for myself. I know what a hard days work feels like, but I hope everyone with kids will at least try to cook with them every so often. Go online, find a 30 minute recipe and just try it out. Frankenfood or not, no child should be subjected to bland, watery macaroni.
@@thepenguin3276 .....My family came from Europe after the war and never knew of prepared meals except only when someone else in the family prepared them! Over the decades frozen meals have gotten really bad in terms of chemicals, salt, and fat. It's junk food from the freezer.
