Denia initially was our number one. The villa area tended to be a bit older than expected (70's and up) so real modernized villas under 350K were hard to find. If we waited longer we would have found a jewel but we decided to buy one in Orba.
We love the Denia beach walk from Las Rotas south-eastwards. (In the weekend the restaurants along the route are fully booked often)
My honest opinion is I don’t think you can go to far wrong with any location along this strip of coastline. So many great places to live and visit, I wish you every happiness in your new home. 🅱️

My parents have a villa up on Montgo by Pare Pere Church. The views are stunning, though you do lose the sun in the late afternoon. Spectacular views make it worth it though. The Denia and Javea area is a great place to be. Love coming here. A beautiful & vibrant region x
