@@LEAFROE not true i wrapped my whole front end on my civic in carbon fiber and it was primed didnt come up at all till i peeled it off

i sand primer to 800 and that keeps it from ripping the primer off when re positioning the wrap. a large portion of my car is primer and have had it wrapped for around 2 years. im in the process of re wrapping it now and where theres primer the vinyl is much much more adhered to than that on the factory paint. its hell to get off of the primer panels

he did a horrible job and this things gonna need to be rewrapped anyways. honestly the dude needs to take this piece of junk to a real bodyshop to get that ricer ass rear bumper fitted and just get the damn thing painted. what a waste of time.

How are you wrapping over the primer? I recently wrapped my car and tried to wrap over primer and as soon as the wrap touches it, it becomes unsticky so repositioning is impossible

WOW! It may have blemishes but it looks great from a distance. I would love to see this car next to the Porsche Exclusive Turbo S in Gold for that costs $220,000.
I think it would look cleaner if they had the bottom front lip carbon fiber wrap. But still looking hella clean.

Я тоже сам клеил себе машину в плёнку,первый раз делал. Получилось хорошо(но есть опыт малярке , по этому все чисто )

Im kickin it east coast, in my ez-cliner chillin, watching this 350z go from gray McMillan to 24k super thrillin'. You are killing it, out there in the West Coast....Paradox making the wraps slip slide till the customer reveal pops their chrome dome, presto, change-o, money maker payload....nice, sweet and loooow. Loved the burn out as he was leaving paradox wrap zone, custom exhaust left a slick sound all round.

Great job! I typically stay away from wrapping over primer because of the low surface energy...wrap generally doesn’t like to stick to primer and can peel super easy from it. One trick is to do a quick coat of a clear gloss...it seals the primer and provides a higher surface energy for the wrap to stick. Down side is waiting for the clear to dry hard enough to wrap over.
Regardless, great job and good on you for being transparent with the customer in identifying potential problem areas with the reassurance you’ll fix it if issues come up.
Seems like the wrap is enhanced by a good to great paint job 🤔

I am by no means criticizing you as you do great work. I don't understand what these people are thinking. They bring you cars with kits that have not been fitted correctly and they think wrapping will make it look better? I don't know maybe its the perfectionist in me.

That rear bumper peeling is because he didn’t use the correct process when he primed it you don’t just prime over that raw plastic there’s a full process with adhesive promoter’s and everything most paint companies have a full system and it pays to go and get a system and use it or else it’ll always peel….
I like it but like.. That's not gold. Golds more shiny and less orangey. Still looks sick tho.
