I personally think that the base of my routine is being happy and proud of my self so when doing these things try to think about how proud you will be after!:)have a good day
My tips ;w; Go to bed 8 and a half hours from when you are going to wake up Only do the essentials Get ready for the next day Make sure to do somewhat skincare And DON’T FLOP. Even if you go off course, get back on it.
Set an alarm for 8:00 and wake up stretch (i like to do meditation sometimes just to have a good day) and then I go brush my teeth, then I go outside and walk my dog, I eat a protein breakfast and then clean my room,fix my bed and if you don't have time for all that just wake up brush your teeth and eat then leave to wherever you need to go Night routine: I like to wash my face with my stuff and then I like to do a workout before and after dinner just to lose the weight from what I ate(I prefer 10 min cardio workout) And then I take the dog out before I relax, when I get back I watch some Netflix and RUclips then I get ready for bed (set and alarm for 11:30 to go to bed) Its kinda not much but thats what I normally do
@@idk4936 wake up at 7:30 brush your to and hair(thats only if you go to school or use zoom) eat a high protein breakfast! And if you can just to get your blood going do yoga or just stretch and log on to school if you still have more to just fix your room up if you turn your camera on
Just to say, if you use olly to sleep better. Use them for a week or even a month but they are not so good for you. I went to the doctor and they said it was not good and you should try natural things such as, take deep breath‘s before sleeping, get off your electronic 1 hour or 25 or 30 minutes before your sleep. You could also try Tea or relaxing videos without watching just listening. Hope that helps :)

Sometimes natural things don’t work for people, so I do recommend olly or some medical aid- sorry to that doc but sometimes it is just that way
