      I disagree though. I had to nurture myself with negative facts about my best friend who started to use me and drunk my energy as a vampire... When I got to know the truth that my kindness and support I had for the person had been wasting without reciprocity for years... I stopped our relationship.
      I am feeling much better now... as for my best friend.. the person will be deeply depressed pretty soon.
      My idea is that we all first have to change ourselves for the better, not only outside world and others!
      In my case negative thinking has played its best role in my life 😂

    Moving forward instead of continuing concerns about why this things happened and stop attack. Everything happened for a reason, and the journey is on the right path now.

    So, if i think a nice thought, even if you lost a job or have no food to eat, you just think the right thought,and voila, your circumstances will change to good? How

    • @tonifoster1835
      @tonifoster1835 29 дней назад +15

      What he is trying to explain is if you change your negative thinking to positive good thought and you will automatically work hard to achieve the life you deserve. Focusing on the outcome you want and making a positive plan to achieve it. It's healthy and most times it will always pay off. If you stay stuck saying can't do this or that and give up and focus on all the bad things happening to you, you become a victim and loose your power which is your strength to make any changes you need too. Life owes you nothing and it isn't a dress rehearsal. I have had numerous challenges in my life and I keep going being grateful and excited for my future, I am alone and 60 but very happy and content.

      I get it totally where you're coming from. I'm there right now. My whole life has fallen apart and I feel myself shutting down. Every time I literally get off the floor and onto my knees life deals me another cruel blow... like a dark force hunting me down. But still I have this strange hope... that comes from an appreciation of being alone in nature for me... which is probably what drew me to this book... despite wishing I wasn't here anymore... despite being certain that my situation is hopeless. When I have the energy I choose to take the smallest of actions like making my bed, tending to a plant, which can often lead to more happier, motivating, inspirational things. Because from where we are it's the only direction there is to go. And everything in life requires effort - which is hard to make when you just want to hide. But just taking the tiniest of steps can make a difference. Thinking of you and I know how hard it is just existing in a society that takes everything from you. Take care, Gemma

      Sometimes there are truly truly dark years. There's only one way out. Spiritual honesty. Seeking connection with God however you conceive of God. Be direct in asking what you want. Seek release through forgiving yourself and asking for protection and a way out. The butterfly effect is powerful but its not the medicine for those dark dark nights of the soul. Its good prevention and its excellent maintenence but its not effective for what I think you're describing. Wishing you lots of courage, faith and grace.

I admire how you choose to keep trying- I hope you trust the strange hope you describe - that is exactly how I feel. Life is also extremely challenging for me now & for most of my 64 years. I believe we are going to reach the other side of all this, so onward & upward! Anyone else want to come along?!❤🙃🙂

    The biggest lie I ever heard. I always wanted a happy family life. Nobody sit, think and plan how to destroy relationships. No matter how many times some people try to make me believe, everything that happens is all bcoz my thoughts. I know 200% for sure, all these happened bcoz of a foul play of someone. A person with evil intentions. I see people's intentions not their action.

      Thank you for opening up and sharing your experience. It’s clear that you’ve been carrying a lot, and the desire for a happy family is something so many of us can relate to. Sometimes, it’s hard when others don’t see the full story, but know that your intentions and feelings are valid.

      If you try to look at a bad experience from a different perspective, you can change the way it makes you feel. There are always lessons for us to learn in life. How much effort did you put into a relationship.. how much effort did they put into that relationship? Was there anything you could have done to strengthen the relationship? Was there anything they could have done to strengthen the relationship? If you think you could have done something differently, learn from that. If there were things they could have done differently, remember how important those things were. Look for those qualities that were absent. If it's parents, aunts , uncles.. you can't change people. You have to disconnect from what doesn't serve you. No matter who they are. Sometimes learning to love yourself, and seeing your true value is a necessary first step. Please don't let the past be a burden on you, and prevent you from moving forward with a positive attitude. The baggage gets heavy, you have to leave it behind. Remember the lessons but leave the rest behind. 🤗❤️

      I GET WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM. SOME PEOPLE GET THE WORST DEAL I LIFE. THAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO STAY POSITIVE. THINGS ARE SENT TO TEST US . SOMETIMES THEY MAKE US STRONGER. THOUGH SURELY YOU DESERVE SOME HAPPINESS I DO HOPE YOUR LIFE TURNS AROUND AND YOU FIND LOVE AND HAPPINESS VERY SOON.
