      The reason I like it is it makes the person actually give attention to all parts of the foot. Regular foot massage they ignore so many parts and usually the parts of my feet that need it the most. Will ‘reflexology’ make my kidneys work better or whatever else? I doubt it. But if saying that makes them focus on my whole foot then sure

    I think humans nowadays are deprived of the placebo healing effect that they used to benefit from non invasive therapies like this one. Moreover human touch is incredibly important for stress relief and general well being.

    the first time i watched the reflexology clip w/ the feet, i was so caught off guard realizing that i have both very deep arches and a very deep curve in my spine 😀 the lower back pain is real

      If your shoes are not suitable to the type of feet you have, it may affect the way you walk and how you balance your body. Which can give lower back pain. I recommend going to a podiatrist they will help get you suitable shoes and it's based on evidence :)

    I’m going to do so research on that, because it doesn’t seem accurate.
    I’ve got very flat feet with no arches, yet I also have severe curvature of the spine lol
    That doesn’t match up!

    1:37:20 You can absolutely see that when she asks this question, she moves her hand forward and back a few times to make the rock move then stop once she gets that motion. It's actually really funny

      Pendulum are shown to only react to micro movements of the hand, because you can't stand exactly still. So yeah, totally her moving it, but let her believe her thing, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.

    While the feet can definitely affect different parts of the body, it doesn’t “map” to the skeletal muscular system and organs at all like she’s pretending.
    I’m not mentioning this in order to talk down or complain that this is all fake, it’s just that she is proclaiming all of this stuff with insane confidence 😅😂.
    Anyway, for ASMR purposes, another great video! ❤

      @@Dbdbe1you be surprised. They knew I had thyroid problems before I did. Found out later I had thyroid cancer. My feet were pain free for some time. Funny thing a doctor disabled me,. It works, from having it done. If you haven’t had it done shouldn’t say anything. It’s different from a regular massage.
