I understand Macy's concern and Thorne is a little too involved with Claudia. However, I don't like this anti-immigrant stance Macy is taking!
Same. It was so not macy. Hell it didn't track with spectra fassions or sally. They just had to make macy the villin and Claudia a sweet innocent angel.
Thorne is supposed to be the good brother but hes even more of a jerk than ridge. he keeps throwing another woman in Macy's face and she should just accept it because her feelings dont matter🙄
This is just a bad storyline. Thorne has always been the better brother. He's been more devoted to the women he loves than Ridge ever has. When he fell in love with Brooke, Taylor, or Darla, he only loved them, not anyone else. Can't say the same for Ridge.
@@djervalevy9784 Brooke and Taylor were obsessions rather than love - like with Caroline, he fell for women who really wanted his brother. And Darla he got together with because they had a child together and Macy was gone. Before that, he "loved" Darla so much he tried to talk her into giving up her own child for adoption so Macy could raise the child instead.
The woman he actually genuinely loved was Macy and he didn't exactly treat her right.
@@annieo6527 Taylor might have been an obsession, but he genuinely loved Brooke. But he would have never become involved with those women if they hadn't some sign that they were interested. Taylor kept hanging out with Thorne, accepting gifts from him, spending more time with him than Ridge, and he wasn't supposed to think that she loved him? He and Brooke were a great couple. He treated her better than Ridge ever did.
@@djervalevy9784 I think Brooke was just a symptom of the same thing that made him turn to Caroline, Karen and Taylor. It was all about being the good son and "rescuing" a woman who initially wanted Ridge. Thorne himself later referred to his relationship with Brooke as a "stupid infatuation".
@@annieo6527 That's because of the stupid writers. Brooke's relationship with Thorne was the healthiest she had with any man. And any woman who gets involved with Ridge does need rescuing, he always ruins their lives😂😂

Yes, way off friendship zone. Her throwing flowers at him, bringing him food, giving him massages and kissing him under the mistletoe. Him unnecessarily dropping off a check personally and buying her a thoughtful Christmas gift, and telling Claudia about Macy's personal life (Macy unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant).
And he has the nerve to expect Macy to find Claudia "inspirational"?

The INS guy looks a lot like a reporter I think named Joe who was snooping around when Brooke was pregnant with Bridget. He thought Ridge might be the father .. maybe I’m wrong but they look so much alike..hmmm I’m prob wrong lol
The real issue is that Ridge has not grown! He makes promises to Brooke, and they make plans for their future. Then Ridge makes a decision without talking to Brooke. He basically ghosts her and their plans based on his guilt for Eric or his anger at Brooke. (Which is called Betrayal Trauma). That is immature behavior of Ridge. So, of course, Brooke feels like she has to make Ridge see they belong together. Because he pulls the rug from under her with no warning.He once again uses Taylor as an emotional wall to keep him from going back to Brooke. Because at this time, he thinks Taylor is so angelic and doesn't want to hurt her. Ridge never ends things with Brooke in a decent and respectful way. He does just enough to keep her dangling and hurt. Then Taylor spends her entire marriage living in fear of the love Ridge has for Brooke.
I would say that Ridge totally overestimated his Logan: "She's too smart to spend her life chasing someone who's committed to another woman." What? She doesn't do anything else all her life 😂😂

Taylor talks about self-respect and then accepts Ridge flirting with Brooke and spending all of his time with her children. What kind of self-respecting woman likes being a man's second choice?
She was sure at the time. A woman who has nothing to fear can give her man space to make his own decisions. Banning Ridge out of jealousy wouldn't have changed anything. But this man doesn't deserve any of these women because he only loves himself.

9.29 Claudia's character and intentions are coming to the surface now. She is a hypocrite pretending she realises she is causing trouble to the couple, but at the same time she is offering to help Thorne without thinking or not wanting to leave him alone. Thorne helped her survive and there she is as ungrateful as possible.
