- Carnival must do better. Truthfully they did all they could in accordance with the Cape Canaveral port folks.
We made the absolute best of our situation and the kids were CHAMPS! 3 hours of waiting in the sun with THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!
Once we got on board we have the best week and hope you guys enjoy watching us. We’re goofy and we’re learning but that’s what’s it’s all about! :)

I don't think it's fair to call a kid a brat just because they don't feel like being filmed or on camera. My mom mercilessly took pictures of me and to this day I cannot stand having my picture taken. I'm not a mean or contrary person; just stay away from me with your phone/recorder/camera. Thanks!
I have to agree. It was her own fault and then acting entitled and bratty. I would not have bought her anything from that vending machine! Even her brothers were calling her out and they still allowed her to act like a brat!! I would have taken her back home!!! Very ungrateful. No smile, no thank you…nothing!!!

Sorry to see you had some bad luck on embarkation. One thing I saw in your video was flying in on embarkation day. You spent a lot for that cruise. From someone who was delayed almost an entire day on flights at the airport and a seasoned traveler, you took a very big risk of losing your vacation for not arriving a day early for the cruise. As you know things happen just like it happened with embarkation. The same can happen with air travel including the legacy airlines. 🎉Good luck on your future cruises.

I love watching the beginning stages of a cruise vacation! The part at the house when everyone is preparing to go to the airport, the airport, the plane, the landing, the precruise stuff, etc.! It’s my favorite segment!
I wish we were better at vlogging. Our lives are so chaotic and busy. You’re right, there is so much before a cruise that’s awesome and exciting!

Back in Spring of 2022 I was on the Mardi Gras and when we came back into port and soon after they had attached the gangway a microburst storm with very strong wind gusts and lightning hit the port and damaged it so it wouldn’t safety latch, and we were delayed about two hours before they could safely get it repaired to safety disembark the ship.

It was a mess. The port people were really grumpy but the carnival staff ashore really went above and beyond all they could to keep it going for everyone.
I got right on priority boarding, stopped for 5 min to check in that was it

This just confirms my reasons why I will never go on a cruise, rules and regulations, lining up like cattle, being herded in the appropriate direction, finding your way to muster station and masses of people not to mention the noise. I'm glad you guys enjoy it but this is my worst nightmare.
We had a fantastic cruise in May ..our first ever….we didn’t wait long in lines and everything was handled well on Norwegian

It only last for an hour and then your free.... But i do Understand why it could be a nightmare.. I have SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) and it does drive me nuts.

We had to wait in the hot blazing sun Aug 10 for over 2 and a half hours to get on Carnival Panorama no cover from the sun at all. The ship was delayed getting back to port we never found out why. It was the worst experience we've ever had usually there's a wait but not that long. Im surprised no one fainted it was over 100 that day.

Royal and Disney. They all have their pros and cons but we love carnival!!
