We have an i10 and we recently moved the bed to refinish our floors and all the rubber feet on the frame fell off. I called for a replacement and was told it's not a warranty item or a manufacturer defect. So $90 later, the parts arrived and they are a completely different design. So it WAS a manufacturer defect...
Sleep Number beds are the worst ... You might as well buy a air mattress, it's the same. We spent $7700 for nothing. We tried to return ours in the 100 days required & they wouldn't do it. My husband is a Viet Nam Veteran & because the bed is like an air mattress, the middle dips. He ended up falling out of bed twice & injured himself. He just had shoulder replacement surgery & doctor advised him not to sleep in the bed because he could fall out again. Sleep Number is discriminating against my veteran husband & will not take it back. SN customer service rating on their beds is 1.5. The last 2 quarters they have had huge losses!!!
