Looks nice, i think id prefer it with bacon chunks though instead of the chorizo and id have used alot more parmasan on the salad as well as the pasta.

I'd pay high end restaurant money for that Keith. You should think about opening up a pop up restaurant in the town centre, maybe in a village hall or local conference centre. Your roast potatoes will fly out the door and your lad can help you too and make a little honey. Id pay for your food no worries

Load of rubbish, all it is. Chicken with herb mixture put together with various sides to make a salad that can be done with anything in the kitchen, i.e. any kind of tomato and mushroom with any meat like bacon, sausage or corned beef, and various cheeses. Nigella and Jamie are laughing heads off.
