He didn't quit it. In "Wont Let Up" there's some rapped lyrics. He can sing clearly, scream and rap.
Jacoby is just an amazing singer who can sing all he wants, as he wants.
Me loving them and their music since 2002 notwithstanding, I'm realizing it's not a very technical and virtuoso genre. And with that being said, Papa Roach is one of the very few bands that's improving each year. The guys are the real deal! Their performances become more and more precise and accurate. Coby sings better and better. Today, there are so many bands who thinks "ok, guys, here are our albums, listen to them for good sound and performance, but now we're going to dance a little bit on stage to promote it"

the point of my comment is , that nearly the half songs at PS have the same beat ( B S BB S) , but they still song great ...
A normal 4/4 Beat ( 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + ) has no offbeats , for example ( B + S + BB + S + )
on each + or number u play the Highhat , and how u can see , every number or sign gets his BaseDrum, Snare, Highhat , etc. .... and the Beat is repeating always , ... and now , if u have beatween a + and a number also an BorS u call it Offbeat o.g ...

but since the beginning of 2008 they became more and more like every other band
and fast playing dont show how good somebody plays drums
listen to the drm beats of metamorphosis than to the drum beats of infest LHT GAWM and PS
all the drum beats in metamorphosis are almost the same repart over and over again than listen to the other albums there is a big deversity
@silvertidebbuddy do you really think that ?? dave has played the most cds in papa roach... and his druming in infest is sick watch for every detail and you realized what i said...tony has a long way to proved yet.
