Great video. Francisco seems like a good operator and I’m sure he is a good instructor as well. I agree with the points he makes about operators attitude and also about the importance of planning and layout for efficient tethered cutting. I feel that the actual cutting is the easy part, the planning, layout and organization of how the logging will proceed after the trees are cut are the most important factors for efficient production. Arauco is making a good investment in this program for their current and future employees.
