carlightcleane... Restoring vapor treated headlights 1 year later is really very easy to do. It can be restored in as little as 12 minutes. It's been over a year since I did any polishing to my vapor treated headlights. Using metal polish brought back that amazing clarity to my headlights.

Try using the LA Totally Awesome spray for the first step instead of the two steps of cleaning with the metal polish. Promise it works!

so the ceramic extends the life of the vapor treatment by double or triple?

You can if you'd like. It's still going to oxidize after maybe a year and a half. You may have to use a 2000 grit after that time just to remove the old ceramic coating as opposed to just hitting it and bringing back the clarity with metal polish. It's your call.
