Unfortunately doesn't seem to work. I have a Navage nasal irrigator machine, and Arm & Hammer Simply Saline spray and nothing works except decongestant spray.
@@stufordTry Nisetta Spray
Get a doctor to prescribe a round of steroids for a week. After 3 days you will breathe better and towards the end you can quit the spray without rebound congestion. Hooked on nasal spray for 3 years and it was that easy.
I did that, but after the treatment I got a cold which caused the condition to come back. Doctor's diagnosis was vasomotor rhinitis btw
Rn I started using a saline spray because I don't want to be on anymore medication.
I think I'll look into that, I don't want to be hooked on decongestant spray the rest of my life.
@@doninmichigan yeah it's tough cause the decongestant spray's effect gets weaker after every use and you need to use it more frequently otherwise you're going to have a stuffy nose 24/7
I've tried steroids and they don't help.
An addiction 😂 Nah… I’m just trying to breathe.
You try living with congested nose for 24 hours a day.
blog.fauquierent.net/2024/10/do-not-use-decongestant-nasal-sprays.html
Try using Neil med sinus rinse bottle and the saline rinse packets or make your own nasal rinse solution 1/2 teaspoon non iodized salt or pink Himalayan salt and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 non iodized salt or pink Himalayan salt and 1/4 baking soda use bottled water or filtered or just buy the Navage
I love it
I’ve been hooked on this thing for 8 years. I can’t sleep without it my worst nightmare is finding out I have no spray. Right now it is 4am and I forgot to buy spray after a night out every thing is closed. So I’m here drinking gin straight outta the bottle hoping it will get me drunk enough to endure this horrible blocked nose so I can sleep. I’m gonna see my doctor tomorrow to get me the steroids because this is no way to live.
😂 I know this feeling all too well! I have mine on repeat order from Amazon now, I’m always stocked up with at least 4
@@Rich_TN7419 Mad that you can even get it from repeat order really considering it's addictive haha
Shits terrribje. Bring out somewhere and realizing you forgot to bring some if the absolute worst
This happened to me traveled 8 KM to a store that Google showed was open but it was not. Started watching a movie while breathing from my mouth. I was the first one to show up at my nearby store that day.
Just so you know alcohol makes congestion worse lmao.
I just want to breathe like everyone else. 😢
Addiction? Really? Dependency maybe. Dependency is not addiction.
Well you can say that your body is addicted
Is not that I have a breathing problem but sadly I’m a addict so stupid Ik but I truly wanna get clean n yk with Gods strength n my strength I’ll get clean off this drugs Amen soon n when I mean soon is soon so my nose gets clogged up and I use this everyday
N helps me breath & since my nose be clogged that makes u feel like u don’t even get enough oxygen threw the nose n like it gets to a point where is so uncomfortable feeling like u can’t catch oxygen just from ur nose n not be able to breath from ur nose
我有鼻窦炎,鼻子呼吸困难,很难受😢
Guess I’m a drug addict.
Since it’s addictive I think it shouldn’t be sold. Your body becomes too reliant on it. More times than not it just makes things worse than the were to begin with.
Eliza Valley
I use it once in the morning and once at night but only one spray I’m each nostril
رائع🥰
im sorry, I love afrin
Well shit. Was gonna try it for working out and sleeping. Guess I'll just be a degenerate mouth breather. 😢
Just try to get surgery to open up the airways
Watching Nate Bargatze on SNL brought me here.
I got addicted to nose spray and i've been using it for 4 years and now i kinda have a bad smell and taste,,, please tell me is bad smell caused by nose spray FIXABLE?
I don't know about the bad smell and taste. Could be a sinus infection? not sure. But I am currently addicted to Afrin again. I successfully) weaned myself off of it back in 2016...but here I am again (long story). Anyway, the way I broke my first addiction to this stuff was that I used Afrin in only one nostril at a time. The other one stayed clogged. It took about 3-5 days and it was back to normal and then I started on the other nostril. It was miserable to go through but I did it. Now I have to do it again and I loathe even thinking about it.
I was addicted for 6 years, but I weaned myself by starting with a full bottle of decongestant spray and every night topping the bottle up with saline. By the end, your bottle will have 0 decongestant spray and only saline. It took around a month to fully wean off, but I haven't touched it in over a year.
well shit
Pharmacy grade 😅Sudafed will cure this.
Ok
