Bin gebürtig aus St.Gallen, 28 km von Admont entfernt. Wie oft war ich dort in meiner Jugend.
Und auch von der Schule aus haben wir das Stift besucht.

It's a beautiful library though I suspect the ' owner's ' of the library treated books more as status symbols than as valued repositories of knowledge and understanding. If I won the lottery I would build a library meant to last for centuries that was designed to protect books from the elements such as moisture, heat or light. Artwork is beautiful though I'm not sure whether a library should be the place for it.
