Roasted Almond Cupcakes covered with almonds and an almond frosting
1 1/2 cups of All-purpose flour
3/4 cups of granulated sugar
2 tsps of baking powder
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/2 cup of whole almonds
2 eggs
1 tsp of almond extract
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of melted butter
4 tbsp of ground roasted almonds
2 tbsps chopped roasted almonds
For Frosting
1 1/2 cups of icing sugar or powdered sugar
2 tbsps of almond milk
1/2 tsp. of almond extract
