Ma'am don't you think Maria Thattil had a chance to win Miss World. I mean she could've won Miss universe too, undoubtedly but her advocacy and her burning desire to make a change in the society would get more exposure and investment from miss world pageant rather than miss universe. Just a thought. Would love to hear your thought upon this 😊
You are right, she is a wonderful speaker and has got the personality to stand out! If she was in Miss World, she would surely be one of the Top 5 candidates, but I am not very sure about her victory. On the contrary, I feel she is somebody who could have easily won Miss Supranational pageant, which is all based on shoot, congenial and active behavior and spunk to gel along with people. 💖

Hey! Would have loved to! When I was eligible in age the height criteria was 5'6, I am 5'4, so I started covering it for my blogs and was satisfied to attend and cover pageants and pageant girls behind the scenes. Now I am 29, so no chance. 😁

Thank you, Ritika. If you are chosen by the organization then why not. Depends on how impressed they are with your personality and overall candidature in comparison to others, if they find you suitable then surely you can win. But yes, shorter girls need to be better in all other parameters to stand out.

Why no beauty with purpose project single winner is not in top 5 I have observed in every year almost bwap reaches only till top 12

you said kindness is something mw org looks forward to ....but these days every participant who comes to the mw pageant somewhere knows that and they all look kind and genuine when i see the bits,clips,episodes ...how does the org know then who is the most genuine one ???? some could fake it also by flattering ppl or by being over loving which they might not be much.....and i have also noticed that a lot of miss world winners are not the best of speakers ....they fumble a lot or give answers and speeches which dont sound as convincing as the other contestants in top 5 ...then how do they really judge ????? also i wanted to know what kind of body language ,expressions ,runaway skills are more appreciated in mw ...could you say that based on the top winners of top model round and their walks that they might have posted somewhere or their walks in their state or national pageant??????? like we know in miss universe they love the firey,bold ,dynamic ,energetic kind of expressions and walks ....also like we know in mu pageant they love answers and speeches that are powerful and impactful in nature ....that way what kind of answers,speeches and expressions or behaviour while delivering is appreciated by miss world ....could you pls say ???
These pageants have secret chaperons to observe girls behind the scenes. I can't name the girl, but there was a candidate at Miss World pageant who was always on phone when there were no pageant activities, she was a hot favorite to win the title, another girl who was a great performer at Miss World did not showed much interest to get clicked with African girls and was hanging out with Latinas only, so in this sense anyone who has followed pageant for years will quickly understand whether they are faking it or genuinely being sweet. Nobody can hide their instincts for 30 days straight, how girls behave with waiters, everything is noted. And trust me this IS the criteria why many much talked about girls don't make it. I have heard many of these stories from many directors, makeup artists, choreographers, designers and so on who were there in the pageant venue. For body language and gesture, that is a whole new study and I would love to talk about it in some future videos.

I want to participate in miss india, but I don’t want to wear bikini if i win 1st runner up or second runner up i will have to wear bikini, is there any alternative in such situations?
Girl, in Miss India pageant there is no bikini round but Miss Diva do where it's meant to celebrate their body and test the confidence of a candidate.
