When I put python --version in command prompt it gives me this, Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases. what am i doing wrong?
@@unitedtoptech6288 I needed upgrade my python from 3.10 to 3.11. But their had not any option to upgrading. So then I had to install 3.11 newly. And also the sight packages of 3.10 couldn't use to the sight packages folder of 3.11. So then I had to install pip packages again. Is it posible to upgrade (3.10.x to 3.10.x or 3.11.x to 3.11.x ... etc ) in same version only ?
@@flaviobrienza6081 I updated as usual. But for example, in 3.10, even if you can update (3.10.1, 3.10.2, 3.10...), etc., when you update from 3.8 to 3.9, from 3.9 to 3.10, from 3.10 to 3.11, it will be updated again(old version also existing too). It installs as a new python. Then I even have to install sight packages anew. Because it create new folder to new python version. So then It has also a new sight packages folder.
@@sonnydox so, firstly I download python 3.11 and then I uninstall python 3.10? This will automaticcally remove its packages? To uninstall python 3.10 is it enough to uninstall the python application as in the tutorial?
Will deleting old version also delete installed Libraries ??
Kindly tell
am not sure, please check

@@sakana8795 thankyou
Perfect! This helped a lot. Thanks 😁
Glad it helped!
Thanks Dude. It helped me to update to the latest version
Thank you! It works
Is it better to delete the older version first and then download? or it automatically delete older version?
no you need to manually delete older version
Yes , you can have multiple versions at the same time as well
So then, what happen to the sight packages which we installed for the last version.
Think you need to install them again, check in the packages directory of the latest version

For me it says
Python is not recognised as internal or external command ,operable program or batch file
Uff I really type this long
You didn't add python path in environment variable, why u type so much? copy paste next time
nope still shows old version
If you are using any editor you need to manually change it
