Oh lord, the self-replicating Lemmings deck could go crazy depending on how long an actual run lasts. I envision a force of like 30 lemmings each play, it would be glorious. Hopefully when this releases and we get a series on it, the first deck the games gives the tools for is the Lemmings.
The game looks nice - lovely characters and pleasing colors. The pace of the game makes it appealing to watch a stream. Each battle (in the demo) is brief enough to demonstrate and explore strategy without dragging on. It's good that the cards have more differentiation than mere stat differences. Iconography seems pretty clear, though an explainer table would be nice - especially if on a per-battle basis it included all icons that were on cards in your or enemy decks. Melee is a baseball bat, Range is a bow (with distance indicated by a dot?). I hope there is no meta-progression that reduces difficulty. I hope the controls can be remapped to other keys or buttons (could work with controller that way too). It would be a nice accessibility option to reduce or increase play speed as a menu option. It would be cool for min-maxers to have a post-battle option to see stats per card or unit type.
Love the aestethics of the game and ability to give them hats XD
Look forwards to a playthrough of it once it's out!
The 3 words that Reto loves most: Autobattler, Roguelike, Deckbuilder
What a sad little demo, I need more lemming madness
It was too good to end so fast

The art is very reminiscent to Wildfrost to me especially the cards.
Frankly, it's a good demo if you haven't played much, but wanna play more
Without reading the title of the video, I genuinely read the logo as Forest Herpes and figured yeah that makes sense for a game about animals
I dub thee worthy of the title 'Successor of Paladog'!
Age of war.... Really brings back memories
So a full serie incoming for more lemming? ;)
if enough people are excited about it, I could absolutely see this game being good for a series (when it is out)
Brilliant little game
It's so reminiscent of paladog but more indepth and I am so for that.
Yeeeees that's what it reminded me the most of thank u !!

its serving age of war but locked-in
Cool game
Wait it has no keyboard support but all info is labeled for it? That’s rough
No, it has no Keyboard & Mouse support, it is Keyboard exclusive
@@Retromation so no mouse support. I know it’s nitpicking but stating it that way implies it’s controller only. Thanks for clearing it up though.
I freaking love paladog and love to play successor but this feels inferior even after 15 years after first game
10/10 I can put a hat on a raccoon
Finally a demo on Mac 😭
