You Can never have too many lamps. My son told me that if I installed one more I had to call the electricity company to get an extra transformer installed 🤪 I collect designer lamps 30 to 70 danish,german and Italian and love to se the American modernism - keep it coming 😉

I loved the Frankohma dish set. Couldn’t tell if they were light blue or prairie green, I think blue, either way so rare in my area, definitely would have come home with me.

I love your auntie so much, especially when she talks about her marvelous collections, and also she had a great memory to remember all the historical stories behind every piece e. By the way i advice you to make antique books holding the memory to save for the genrerations. Love you both. If you are interested we can make the books together as i am a pasionate women for antiques as i am a small publisher too and one more advice do not sold anything before picturing them.

Girl, u're beyond lucky to be receiving all these amazing gifts, but to actually have your Auntie w u is simply incredible! My mama did the same w her jewelry once she was unable to wear hers. She said it brought her so much joy watching us trying our new jewelry on & that it was one of the the best decision she ever made. U've definitely have some beautiful pieces!! Thxs for sharing!

OmG!!! Love the brass candlesticks!! weird and wonderful, pretty sure i've never seen the animals with beaks before. Thinking Phoenix, but don't remember from what culture that originated. British? They certainly got around. Anyway got a book you should order.
*Those Shirley Temple pitchers were to be used for milk for your cereal or oatmeal. The creamers are smaller. 😊 I own them; they would have originally had a screenprinted image of Shirley Temple's face; it's not unusual for her image to have worn off the milk pitchers over time.🤔 Your Aunt's cigarette boxes are all lovely; 😍 many people (like me!) use them as trinket boxes for jewelry, as she did. They would look lovely on your vanity tray next to one of her beautiful perfume bottles and a fancy vintage comb, brush and mirror set.😊💝 Put a vintage picture of your Aunt in a pretty vintage frame, and it will be like she's right there with you all of the time❣💝💕😘💋🤗*
Shirley Temple set had a drinking glass, milk pitcher and cereal bowl. The values have gone way down. About 1980 they came out with replicas. I don't know if that had anything to do with the value but you'd have to be a complete idiot to not tell them apart. I love mine regardless of it's value today. My Sarah Coventry pieces were probably stolen. But they didn't find my fine jewelry.

I feel so grateful to have found your videos, as I've been home-bound since Covid hit-one month into my Cancer diagnosis. Treatments killed my immune system, so your outings are my lifeline, honey. I'm Italian, from the central valley too, and love going along with you to the Sac Flea Mkt--so many things I would take home with me if only I could go. Love, love watching you and auntie un-wrapping at the end of your videos. Reminds me so much of my time with my gram, when she would open the doors of her curio cabinet (stuffed!) and pull out her treasures to show and teach me about, and always gifting me with something. Wonderful memories. Enjoy every second you have with the elders in your family. They are an irreplaceable repository of knowledge and family memory.

High light is the unboxing of your inheritance. Did this with my Great Aunts, & my Grandpa gave cash gifts the last years of his life. He wanted to see what we would use it for.

The newspaper is just as fabulous as the treasures you are finding. My parents were married in Nov 1950. My mother lined her bureau with newspaper from that month. After my parents died, we discovered the newspaper Finding that was a fabulous surprise. Make sure you read the newspaper.

The milk glass box with polka dots looks like it’s iridescent, if it really is, it’s the very old milk glass (80. - 120 years old)

I love the way you are so reverent with your aunt's treasures. I am really enjoying the unboxing and hearing your sweet aunt's comments. Just having this footage to enjoy through the years is a treasure of it's own.
Your medal can be soaked in butter milk, just let it soak for about half an hour then wash it off under warm water. The jewelry can be cleaned with tooth past and an old tooth brush.
