Thanks!!! I have a pair of nmd in a size 9 US so I suggest you go with your true size. If you're feeling the nmds too snug try to go half size up. My true size in dunks is too snug so while I'm a 9 in adidas with dunks and Jordans I'm a 9.5 . Hope this helps you
It depends if you have wide feet, I went up a half size in my dunks because I have wide feet, usually both dunks and sambas/gazelle/stan smith/superstar runs the same size as dunks if you have narrow feet. I suggest you go true to size so a 6 for a roomier toe box but if you prefer a snugger fits go half size down. If you have any other adidas like nmds or ultraboost you should go with the size of these. It also differs if you go with women sizing because women shoes have a narrower toe box . I strongly suggest you to try any pair of adidas I previously mentioned before making a purchase I'm not very familiar with smaller sizes but you shouldn't face any problem also reading my previous suggestions.

Usually adidas has wide feet friendly shoes from the start so I bought my true size (9 US). For reference my dunks are a 9.5 US because having wide feet myself I feel too snug my true size in most nikes . I suggest you go with your true size but if you have the chance try on any pair of adidas gazelle/samba/superstar/continental/powerphase they all fit the same way
