If you do it perfectly you could spam reaper sense dair indefinetly. 50%-999%. But as human it only works around 8 times, then one usually messes up following the DI. Nice video =)
How to have a easy kill (sorry for grammar) 1st: hit your oponent with down normal attack (that schyte) 2nd: just throw them off the ledge and let the reaper do the job
I use a screen recorder that lets me play ssf2 at 1 fps (I use Dxtory, but FRAPS works as well as bandicam), then I run both my screen recorder and ssf2 inside a virtual machine so that I get save states.

VM software often comes with a snapshot feature that basically acts as a save state for the VM. Then, inside the VM I download and install SSF2 and Dxtory (this is the program I use to run the game at 1 FPS). All of those CPUs are lower tier than Black Mage in this version. Also, team attack actually helped you a lot when the NPCs managed to hit each other; the stun/stomps were significantly impactful. Still fairly impressive gameplay that deserves a thumbs-up; the shield timing was especially, well, perfect.

that is a paralysing attack so you can combo them using O and pressing it, it makes the enemy fly a little
