Necros there will, the developer confirmed it. Apparently, ink is going to summon other judges that aren't sanses, like underswap papyrus, storyshift Chara, etc. Edit: I'm actually not sure if ink's going to summon other judges in phase 4, it seems like the creator will make an update where Everytime you destroy one of ink's bottles you'll have to fight a judge, which means those judges might appear in phase 3 instead of 4. But either way the creator confirmed that there will be a phase 4, and if phase 4 ends up not being about ink summoning other judges, then it will probably be about a 1 to 1 fight against ink, Which would be cool since he never fights you and instead just summons sanses and uses his bottles.

i dont think there is gonna be a phase 4... only if it is actually fighting ink himself
Necros there will, the developer confirmed it. Apparently, ink is going to summon other judges that aren't sanses, like underswap papyrus, storyshift Chara, etc.
Edit: I'm actually not sure if ink's going to summon other judges in phase 4, it seems like the creator will make an update where Everytime you destroy one of ink's bottles you'll have to fight a judge, which means those judges might appear in phase 3 instead of 4.
But either way the creator confirmed that there will be a phase 4, and if phase 4 ends up not being about ink summoning other judges, then it will probably be about a 1 to 1 fight against ink,
Which would be cool since he never fights you and instead just summons sanses and uses his bottles.
