If I wanted to make toothless in Animal Revolt Battle Simulator, here is what I would use:
Komodo dragon body
Carnotaurus head
Wyvern wings
Ankylosaurus Tail
Beam attack

There is no Komodo Dragon body and carnotosaurus head

But the head shape is different from that of toothless so you need to add some blocks to adjust that
