I have a 2021 Trail Boss. Absolutely love it. I added a 2 inch extra lift frim Ready lift SST 2.0 and nitto trail grappler 295/70 r18s and she is totally unstoppable. Greetings from PA. I have yet to go wheeling in TN but I go there often to visit family.
I am thinking about either the Trail Boss or the Jeep Gladiator. How are you liking the Trail Boss? Just subbed, going to see if you have a review on it. Thanks for the video.
I have this Trail Boss and a Jeep Wrangler. The Chevy is my daily driver, and I think it's great. I wouldn't want to do any hardcore off road stuff with the trail boss, and that's why I got the Jeep. I guess it just depends on how you'll use the vehicle. The Gladiator would probably be much more capable off-road, but limited ability to haul stuff.
I traded my jeep rubicon in on the trail boss. The jeep motors arent that good, they are starved for oil lubrication i have to change rockers about every 30 grand miles they start clanging.
I promise im not trying to be mean or a smart ellic but im a true born and raised true Tennesseean all my life and this is nothing but a old country gravel road that most cars could do and like what i growrd up on. What you called the the most difficult part im sorry i laughed. A two wheel drive could do this easy.
I agree, it is just an old gravel road. I had never driven this route before and didn't know what to expect. My pickup doesn't really have a lot of clearance, and I was a little concerned at the time about damaging the truck. This is not meant to be a hardcore 4x4 trail video, but hopefully some people will enjoy the scenery.
@paul-cm1hh It's a good laid back video and you and your wife's character and laughter is great! I realy was surprised how low your GMC is but I'm sure ain't knocking GMCs I've got 2 and a Dodge Ram 2500. One GMC is a K2500 and the other GMC is a K3500 single wheel but not as pretty as yours. Yall becareful and I hope and Pray yall have a very Merry CHRISTmas!
Nice peacful drive i like the video

which engine do you have?
it's the 5.3L V8
@ thanks for the response! I just bought a ‘25 with the 6.2L V8 and wondered how it would do on the trails.
@@Thatairlinepilotguy I'm sure that would do great--that engine is a beast!
@@Thatairlinepilotguythat engine is a beast but a gas guzzler
What's the location?
