I want to say how thankful I am for this video. I am involved in a lien action against a client whom we did work for, and they unfortunately, forced our hand to register a lien on their property. Unfortunately the economics of the small amount of the claim does not warrant or allow for the services of a seasoned lawyer and I have been forced to represent myself. Examinations for Discoveries were back in January of this year and I found your tutorial on procedure invaluable. I was able to hold my own and ask all the right questions. How do you gather text messages for production in discovery? There must be a better way than taking screenshots.
