Dark Eyes/New Eyes: From a Far Off Country by Eve Beglarian

Perspectives Ensemble's Dark Eyes/New Eyes -- A Journey in Armenian Music features parts 7-9 of From a Far Off Country by Eve Beglarian. Originally written for cellist Maya Beiser (who can be heard here on tracks), the work is performed in a new version with Ara Dinkjian, oud; Bridget Kibbey, harp; Sato Moughalian, flute; Nina Stern, recorder; Steven Hackman, laptop; percussionists John Hadfield and Shane Shanahan.
