This was so helpful. The main message for me here is to ensure that we listen and understand our bodies so that we can identify any kind of issues we might encounter in life. I just went into tears listening to her story but I am I was comforted by the fact that she has kids and that kind of helped me to keep myself together because I know she was able to overcome and have kids eventually. Looking forward to the next video. Mommy, your content is always on top, and especially with a lack of awareness of the issue I learned so much.

Oh my word! This was so very informative. We take things like period pains for granted. Also, who wants to hear that they can't have kids while they are in their 20s? I need to know what exactly Thenji ate because cutting out gluten, meat AND dairy... What do you eat that is filling and sustainable?
