it's been so hot lately i cant even wear clothes at home , and i can take a cold shower without needing a towel at 5AM already😵
at least my spiritual practice is going great 😊
I've been away from home a lot so it's been difficult to keep a consistent schedule. Nontheless, you always inspire me to do my best Hannah! 😁
Well, I just finished a 3-week summer intensive with the Alberta Ballet School last week.. and now I just started another summer intensive with the Edmonton School of Ballet.. Also have been busy with applications and auditions for ballet programs 🙈

Probably watching a piece of ballet 😊. No I am joking. Found your channel a few weeks ago and found it super interesting how you organize your day. I am a semiprofessional tennisplayer, techn. communicator and filmer. Your discipline is amazing, can learn a lot from you. I nutrition themes I am slightly ahead though 😀😀😀. I love you're a tennis fan. I'm a huge tennis fan myself and started playing 1.5 years ago. Old me! But it's such a fantastic sport. I'll get up EARLY tomorrow to hopefully watch Novak get the huge 24!!! I love the man. I am from Germany and guess what my maiden name is??? GRAF! Steffi forever. She was so classy and amazing. And still is. I watched tennis growing up with my grandpa. I wish he was still here to see me swing that racket now. He'd be so happy. Happy summer to you, Hannah!
