He tells her how he met Tom, saved his MJ and he finally got the courage to move on and forgive himself. This is where I think it would work the best…

I rewatched TASM2 just last night, coincidence? That movie may have a lot of problems but the ending after Gwen's death and her speech and Peter moving on is inspiring AF, one of the best moving-on sequences in a movie.
